Do you really know what to do after your diet finishes?

One of the most important aspects of a diet is knowing what to do once you’ve reached your target weight. If the diet you are on does not give you enough information to allow you to maintain your new weight, then you might slip back into bad habits and start to put on weight again. In Fat Loss 4 Idiots you are given a comprehensive meal plan to follow for the 11 days of the diet (then you get 3 days off before you repeat that cycle) but you don’t really get told what to do once you reach your target weight which is a shame.
