Coating spacers and fixtures

Prototyping services provide low-volume conceptual or working models of a design in a short time frame. Stencils or blocked off silk screens allow pattern coating and graphics printing. Masks block deposition from certain areas. Coating masks, coating stencils, coating spacers and coating fixtures are tooling used in plating, thermospraying, stencil machine painting or other coating processes. Tool and die makers manufacture progressive tooling, stamping dies, jigs, fixtures, and other tooling. They are used to create stencils for marking applications, or to print stencils for SMT applications. Stencil machines cut or print fonts and symbols on materials and substrates.
