Relocating Business to New Area
I started a printing company ten years ago and business is steadily growing. I am getting ready to relocate my business to a busier commercial location that would be more convenient for the majority of my customers. It should also bring in new customers. The lot I have purchased is vacant. I will be building a new shop from the ground up. I have hired a LEED certified project manager to oversee the process. I want to make sure this new building is environmentally friendly. Furthermore, my utility expenses have been quite high all along and I want to cust some costs.
