The Drapery Business

My father’s drapery factory is completely dependant on the business factoring. He hopes as he grows he will be able to get away from the dependency. Although, he truly appreciates what they do for him. When my father receives a large order he needs to order whatever material the customer picks out. He does a lot of work for local hotels, so it may be hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of material. He then does the job and sends the new drapes to the customer and the bill. The customer ahs a couple months to pay for their drapes. Without factoring, my father would be late paying for the material.
