When my best friend turned thirty, I wanted to do something special for her. She was not happy about her birthday because she felt like she was getting old. HTC has tried to make a comeback with some new smartphones, but there is still uncertainty regarding its future.The chances of some company buy HTC remain very high. We have a seminar at work tomorrow with our group chief executive officer, Khaled Bichara. I haven’t met this gentleman before, but everyone I work with say he is the nicest guy. They actually like to attend these seminars as he is not entertaining, but also very informative. I hope I get as much out of these training sessions as the others have in the past. There is so much to learn and our industry is growing so rapidly it is hard to keep up. I wonder if they will allow me to tape his speech. That would be very helpful as I could listen to it again and again.

I can’t get through to my Internet service provider’s customer service helpline, so I’ve resorted to searching online for instructions on Setting Up A Home Network.  I feel like it shouldn’t be that complicated, but I can’t get my laptop to communicate with the wireless router.  Right now the cable is connected right to the modem, then to the router, which is hardwired to my desktop.  I’ve used the router setup assistant on my desktop to configure the router and assign a password.  The problem is that the laptop can’t even find the signal that’s being broadcast, so it never even prompts me to enter the password.  Hopefully I can find some tips to help.
