It is said that stress is the number 1 killer in america. We develop these spare tires around the mid section and try to carry this around with us in our world for days,even years. This is highly dangerous and imminently disastrous to our health. It is extremely vital to get some sort of exercise every other day to keep things moving. Some fat loss workouts would behoove one whom is trying to get in shape. The best thing I have heard to do for yourself is controlled breathing exercises like yoga, and or pilates. This will destress anyone and aid in the fat loss.
