Closing on the House

We just closed on our house and handed over the keys. It is a very happy day for my husband and me, but it is a little bit sad as well. It was kind of hard to watch the moving van pull away this morning. We sold our house quickly because of a great Real Estate Marketing idea involving text messages. We bought that house less than a year after we got married, and have been there for a long time. Better things lie ahead, though, because we are about to move to Florida. That has been a dream of ours and it is now coming true.
