A More Effective Way to Eat for Consistent Weight Loss

I, for one, believe medifast worked for me because it taught me (and my body) that there is a different and more effective way to eat. Convention tells us that there are to be three large meals a day–breakfast, lunch and dinner–but this method of eating has always caused me to gain weight or sustain the heavier weight I was. With this diet, the smaller meals spread out through the day not only allowed me to eat more often (which is always a good thing) but seemed to have jump-started my metabolism to lose weight at a nice, steady and consistent pace.
