tons of mistakes

i know that i have made many different mistakes in the past when it comes to nutrition and workouts. but i always try to get back up there and make it work for me. when it comes to a workout you only need to make adjjustments to your plan. this is the key. start small atr first and then see what happens. things like hte way that you are gripping nthe bar can make a huge difference. i am still looking at workouts for flat abs that i can use with a large amount of success. i am going to get it soon.
