Artificial Turf Solved My Un-solveable Challenge
I am the owner of quite a few rental residential properties. One of the most un-solveable challenges was to get my tenants to take good care of their yards. When the front yard looks unkempt you have horrible “curb” appeal and it is costly to correct between tenants. I have now solved that particular challenge by installing artificial turf in both the front and back yards. With a useful life of about 20 years this will keep the yard maintenance challenge solved and may even bring a higher selling price when I decide to move on to other types of investments.
