Karate As My Training Ground

A friend of mind told me one day that I looked like a mashed potato because of being pale and not healthy. They decided that we could enroll in a karate class so that we could be healthy and alive. At the first day of the karate class I didn’t expect that I would like the class because in my mind that it is boring. Days turned into weeks in class I gained my energy back and got stronger and flexible. It improves my mental ability, it increases my reflexes and response time, and it also takes a good deal of physical exertion just to make it through the training every day.
