Neighbour and his new gym

I was speaking to my neighbour yesterday. He does a fair bit of fitness training and also martial arts. Anyway he was saying there is a new facility offering mma in Cronulla and they were opening next week. I was not sure what that was but am keen to start martial arts. My neighbour said it stands for mixed martial arts and was a combination of wrestling, boxing, jiu jitsu, judo and a few other of the more effective martial arts. My neighbour said he would be transferring from his current training place to the new gym when they open as he thinks it will make himself better.
